Octogerian patient, whose CT scan was shared in previous post under gone subtotal colectomy with wedge resection of stomach as lesion was infiltrating stomach . He had primary anastomosis without stoma.He also successfully completed chemotherapy and has post op follow up of 1 years without any loco regional recurrence.
